My Exquisite and Delicious “Noodle- curry” Dish



In Brief –

This dish is my favourite Breakfast time meal which is easy to make and require very little effort with all needed nutrients for your morning appetite.
And Preparation Time Varies from 15 to 25 Minutes.

Ingredients for preparation:


(a) TAKE 5-MINUTE “WHEAT-NOODLE”  [ I.E. VEGITABLE ]

(b) TAKE 1 ONION IN NUMBER.

(c) TAKE  PANEER CHEESE 4 TO 5 GRAMS [I.E. INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE]

(d) TAKE 2 TOMATOES IN NUMBER

(e) TAKE 2 CARROT IN NUMBER [ I.E. MEDIUM IN SIZE ]

(f)  TAKE 2 POTATOES IN NUMBER [ I.E. MEDIUM IN SIZE ]

(g) TAKE FRESH GREEN PEASE [ ½ GRAM OR ONE HAND FULL ]

(h) TAKE OLIVE-OIL.

(i) TAKE GREEN-CHILEE, 2 TO 3 IN NUMBER.

(j) TAKE SOY-SAUZE, 2 TABLE-SPOONS FULL.

(k)TAKE 2 EGGS.

(l) TAKE 1 TABLE-SPOON FULL GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE.

(m)TAKE ½ LITRE MILK.

(n) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE.

(o) CAULIFLOWER

(p) MASALA POWDER  (OPTIONAL) [ NOTE - WHICH COMES WITH 5-MINUTE NOODLE INSIDE PACKET]



Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:


1st Put some Olive-Oil in a Non-stick Pan then Take Onion 1 claw in Number, Green Chille 2 to 3 in Number, Paneer Cheese (that should be grated-one) of 4 Grams or more as per taste, add Tomatoes 2 of them (which should be cut into small pieces) .Stauce or fry for 5 Minute in a medium Flame until the Onion gets slight Brown in colour. Then add simultaneously 1 Table-spoon full of ginger and garlic paste along with potato which already cut into small pieces .After that Take it out from Pan and Keep it aside. [NoteIngredients from (h), (b), (i), (c), (d), (l) and (f).]



2nd Include Carrot, Fresh Green Pease, and Cauliflower separately by adding a pinch of Salt and Soya Sauce as per desired taste in a pan and Mix well with already kept aside Ingredients from 1st Method. Stauce well till it get cooked. [NoteIngredients from (e), (g), (o), (n) and (j).]

3rd At the end put 5-Minute, Wheat- Noodle along with Masala Powder , let it cook for few Minutes, until it get mixed with the added ingredient from Method 1st and 2nd.

Later Add 2 Eggs and ½ Milk as shown above from the list. [NoteIngredients from (a), (p), (k) and (m).]
