In Brief –
This curry is extremely easy to
prepare by using spices that we use in our homes regularly. And preparation
Time varies from 20 to 30 Minute or less.
Ingredients for preparation:
(a) TAKE PANEER CHEESE [I.E. INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE] ACCORDING TO NEED.
(b) TAKE 4 TOMATOS IN NUMBER.
(c) TAKE SUGAR ½ TEASPOONS.
(d) TAKE SALT AS PER TASTE.
(e) TAKE GARAM MASALA [SPICE’S] 1 TEASPOON.
(f) TAKE BLACK PEPPER AS REQUIRED.
(g) TAKE 2 EGGS.
(h) TAKE GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON.
(i) TAKE GREEN CHILLI 2 To 3 IN NUMBER.
(j) TAKE OLIVE-OIL.
(k) TAKE WATER ½ LITERS.
Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:
1st Put
some Olive-oil (j) in a Non-stick Pan and Put Garlic Paste(h), Black Pepper (f)
Green Chilli [Note : Already Cut in small Pieces](i) , some Paneer Cheese(a) ,
salt(d) altogether and Toss it till it get medium fry.
2nd Then
Cut Tomatoes (b) in small pieces and mix with 1st Method
Ingredients. And Fry well till Tomatoes cook.
3rd After
that Add Garam Masala and 2 Eggs with 1st and 2nd Method
Ingredients.
4th Add
Sugar ½ Teaspoon(c) including ½ litters water (k) as according to taste and let
it cook for 5 more minutes.
So, here “Cheese
and Tomatoes mixed curry” is ready to be served with evening and morning meal.
