INGREDIENT TO USE AS SHOWN BELOW :
a)
4 Eggs.
b)
2 Medium sized green chilli
c)
Olive-Oil
d)
Salt
e)
Coriander leaf
f)
1 Onion Medium size
g)
Garlic paste ½ teaspoon
METHODS TO PREPARE IN DETAIL :
1st Take 4 Eggs and Break it open
in a bowl . After that , take 2 Medium sized green chillies and cut it into
small thinly sliced pieces. Then in a same manner, the remaining ingredients
that is Onion of Medium sized , Coriander
leaf and Garlic paste ( i.e. ½ teaspoon ) also should prepare and keep [ (b)
and (f) ].
At the end Mix everything together with Eggs and
Fry it on a non-stick frying pan by adding bit little amount of Olive oil as
required . Do not overcook it , otherwise nutrition value shall be decreased.
