Delicious Egg Paratha




DELICIOUS EGG PARATHA

In brief

This recipe is simple to make as a morning breakfast by adding usual nutritious “Ingredients” which we find in everyday cooking at home and also as Healthy Morning Diet Food for whole Family.

Ingredients for preparation:

(a) TAKE “FLOUR” ON THE BASIS OF EACH PERSON’S QUANTITY WISE

(b) TAKE “2-EGGS  OR MORE” AS PER TASTE  

(c) ADD “MAGGI 2 – MINUTE NOODLES (MASALA) OR SIMPLE SALT” AS PER TASTE


(d) MIX “GARLIC  AND GINGER PASTE” AS PER TASTE


(e) PUT “PEPPER”  AS PER TASTE

(f)   ADD “ONION  CHOPPED” IN SMALL  FINE PICESES AS PER TASTE

(g) PUT “BUTTER OR CHEESE” AND OIL AS PER TASTE


(h) ADD “MAGGI TOMATO SAUCE” AS PER TASTE

(i)   ADD “AJWAIN” AS PER TASTE

(j)   PUT “MINT LEAVES” AS PER TASTE


NOTE The given above Ingredients must add *”according to per or each person basis only.





Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:

1st Prepare Dough with “FLOUR” by adding small amount of “AJWAIN” as per taste and make 3 folded simple two Parattha’s for each person or more similar to the quantities of Egg’s has been taken (put small amount of oil on both side of Parattha while preparing) on Pan. After preparing the Parattha keep it aside while you proceed with [2nd Type] Direction/Method given below.

2nd Take 2-Eggs or more *according to per or each person basis and Mix it well, with other ingredients shown on above list i.e. – (c), (d), (e), (f), (g)-BUTTER OR CHEESE, (h), (j).

3rd Put first Half of the “Egg-Mixture” from [2nd Type] on a Pan and very soon after that place the already Prepared 3 folded Parattha on top of the “Egg-Mixture and press it slightly .So, that it cover all places on the Parattha.Do it on Both side simultaneously.

At Last enjoy my “DELICIOUS EGG PARATTHA in the morning along with cup of Carrot or other Tasty Juice.
