In Brief –
This dish is comes under innovative ways of preparing
Pancake from wheat Flour by combining carrot, dates and small amount of mint
leaves in a manner that give us sweet pungent flavour after cooking.
Ingredients for preparation:
IN METHOD- 1
(a)
TAKE
“PLANE BUTTER” AS REQUIRED[i.e.
Without Salt]
(b)
TAKE
“DARK-CHOCOLATE” – [70% Coco, - i.e.
Cooking Chocolate] AS REQUIRED.
(c)
ADD
“SUGAR” AS PER TASTE.[In case if you want more
sweetness]
(d)
TAKE
“CARROT” 4 TO 6 PIECES AS REQUIRED.
(e)
TAKE
“DATES” 10 TO 14 IN NUMBER WISE OR SHOULD ADD UP LATER TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY.
[ Remove the inner seed ]
(f)
TAKE
DRY FRUITS THAT INCLUDES – DRY BLACK RAISINS, CASHUNUT, PISTACHIOS AND 3 TO 4 CARDAMOMS IN NUMBER’S (i.e. After the Outer Skin Removed).
(g)
TAKE
2 TO 3 EGGS AS REQUIRED.
(h)
TAKE
3 TO 4 MINT LEAVES IN NUMBER WISE.
Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:
1st Grind
all Four “Ingredients” from - (f) and (h) Dry
Fruits and Mint
Leaves separately in a mixer that constitutes (Black Raisins, Pistachios
and Cardamom) and Keep it aside.
2nd Melt
the “Ingredient” from - (b) Dark- Chocolate
by applying low intensity Flame in a non-stick pan. And after the
process, Mix immediately the Melted “Dark-Chocolate” with above mentioned 1st kind Method in a List.
3rd Boil the
“Ingredient” from- (d) Carrot’s and it must be well cooked and
soft when you touch it.
4th Make the Paste of Ingredients shown in a Method List
from- (d), (e) and (a) Carrot
(Boiled one), Dates and Plane Butter (Take 2 to 7 Teaspoon).
Grind in a Mixer and make it Fine paste.
[1st Note: Not too much Fine,
but it must be grind well.]
5th And at the end add Dry Fruits and
Dark-Chocolate(f) (h)and(b) from (1st) and (2nd) that already kept aside (Grinded one), 2 or 3 Eggs
(Only Yellow-Yolk, exclude white part) i.e. that according to
need(g), along with Mix
number 4th Part of
this Method – [Carrot, Dates and Plane

and (a)(Grinded one).

IN METHOD- 2
(a)TAKE WHEAT FLOUR -4 CUPS
(b)OLIVE OIL – 4
Teaspoon
(c)WATER ACCORDING

Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:
1st
Prepare Dough[(a)Wheat Flour] by mixing equal quantity of (c) water and put small amount of (b)Olive oil.
2nd After
that make plane parattha, by rolling Bigger Dough that already kept aside into
smaller ones in a equal part, as how we make “Chappaties” .
3rd Take
a Frying Pan and put three Folded Parattha with proper amount of enough
Olive-Oil and make it soft when you prepare.
4th Keep
aside already prepared Parattha’s for making “Carrot and Date Pancake”.
After the
Completion of both METHOD-1 and METHOD-2 now we see how to Prepare Carrot
and Dates Stuffed Pancake “in a process by spreading
the Carrot, Date and all Mixed Paste
on top of the “Plane-Parattha” simultaneously
both side. Then simmer the same “Carrot and Dates” Mixture along with paste applied
Parattha on Frying Pan for 10 to 15 second or to cookwell.But avoid Frying too
much in oil .And you even place this in Oven to cook by adjusting suitable Temperature
for 1 minute Time ,so that the Egg –yolk should stick with “Plane Parattha”.
So, here is my Carrot and Dates Stuffed Pancake is ready to be served in the morning and during evening time as a snack
with glass of Red wine.
