Egg integrated Carrot and Potato stew Pancake





In Brief 

This pancake provides essential energy rich nutrients to our body and even good for children’s who spend much of their time in activity connected to sports and games . It’s tasty and take a little time for cooking from 15-25 Minute or fewer , it depends . 

INGREDIENT TO USE AS SHOWN BELOW :


a)      4 Eggs.
b)     Salt.
c)      4 Medium size Potato.
d)     3 Medium size Carrot.
e)      Clarified Butter or Ghee.
f)       Ginger and Garlic Paste.
g)     Garam Masala.
h)     ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder.
i)       ½ Green chilli paste.
j)       2 Teaspoon Black Soya sauce.
k)              2 Medium sized Onions.


METHODS TO PREPARE IN DETAIL :


1st Take 4 Medium size Potato and 3 Medium size Carrot then boil it by using PRESSURE - COOKER . Keep for 3 sound ( i.e. vissil). After that take out from the pressure cooker and let it cool for some time. Afterward cut cooled down Potato and carrot into medium sized cubes and grind it in a MIXXER . It should look as a rather of paste form . [ No need to make it in a fine paste , but in a well mixed manner ].

2nd Take 2 Medium sized Onions chop it into finely and thinly pieces meantime put Non-stick Frying pan on the flame , put Clarified Butter or Ghee then simultaneously add already kept aside chopped Onions along with other shown ingredients that is ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder , ½ Green chilli paste , Ginger and Garlic Paste , Garam Masala and Salt as per the taste . Just shallow fry for five minute until it look as little slight light brown , specifically the onion and other Mixed Pastes that added. Then keep it aside to follow up with last 3rd  instruction.

3rd Take 4 Eggs of any size , break it open in a bowl and whip it well and keep aside . Then take out large Utensil for Mixing of already readied Ingredient that prepared as shown on the above METHOD category from 1st and 2nd  . Mix it altogether with already whipped eggs thoroughly .  

4rth   At the end put some oil on a Non-stick frying pan and fry it as how you fry simple egg . Flip it  around and fry both-side. It’s very delicious and Nutritious Stew PANCAKE .

Tomato and potato stuffed Omelette special




In Brief 


It’s little tricky to make this dish with eggs , and takes little more time than usual Omelette recipe of about 10 to 15 Minute , but it’s quite a delicious one’s to eat and packed with healthy nutrients .


INGREDIENT TO USE AS SHOWN BELOW :


a)      4  Eggs.

b)     Salt.

c)      Turmeric powder.

d)     Red-chilli powder.

e)      Ajwain seeds. ( carom seeds or Trachyspermum )

f)       1 Medium Size Tomatoes.

g)     3 Medium or Small size Potatoes.

h)     Virgin Coconut - oil.



METHODS TO PREPARE IN DETAIL :


1st Take 3 Medium sized Potatoes, peel off the skin and keep it in a pressure cooker for 3 sound ( Whistle) . After that take it out from cooker , smash it properly and keep it aside.
2nd Take 1 Medium sized Tomato and cut it into very small pieces then add Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon ,Small amount of carom seeds or Ajwain as per taste, Red – chilli powder ¼ teaspoon and salt according to taste mix well . On frying pan ( Non-stick ) by including 2 teaspoon of coconut – oil and stauce for few minute until it get partially cooked . Then after that , take it out partially cooked Tomato from Pan and keep it aside in separate utensil.
3rd At the end open 4 Eggs Mix well with already prepared ingredient [ i.e. above stated 1st and 2nd Methods ] and Fry it on a Non-stick Pan .

So, here is your “TASTY OMELETTE SPECIAL”  ready to be served hot as a morning breakfast or anytime as you crave for it .

Diet Omelette with Coriander special



In Brief 

This is very different in taste and you can eat with Bread and Chapattis or as a appetizer . To make this Dish it would only Take 10 to 15 Minutes approximately . 


INGREDIENT TO USE AS SHOWN BELOW :


a)      4 Eggs.

b)     2 Medium sized green chilli

c)      Olive-Oil

d)     Salt

e)      Coriander leaf

f)       1 Onion Medium size

g)     Garlic paste ½ teaspoon


METHODS TO PREPARE IN DETAIL :


1st Take 4 Eggs and Break it open in a bowl . After that , take 2 Medium sized green chillies and cut it into small thinly sliced pieces. Then in a same manner, the remaining ingredients that is Onion of  Medium sized , Coriander leaf and Garlic paste ( i.e. ½ teaspoon ) also should prepare and keep [ (b) and (f) ].

At the end Mix everything together with Eggs and Fry it on a non-stick frying pan by adding bit little amount of Olive oil as required . Do not overcook it , otherwise nutrition value shall be decreased.

Butter Omelette with pepper






In Brief 

Simple to prepare for Morning Breakfast and it’s very Healthy . You can eat simply with Tomato Sauce or add as a appetizer with other matching foods , like Wheat Bread.


INGREDIENT TO USE AS SHOWN BELOW :


a)      4 Eggs.

b)     Clarified Butter or Ghee [ “Indian” name ] .

c)      Salt

d)     Black – Pepper powder .

e)      Coconut – Powder .



METHODS TO PREPARE IN DETAIL :


1st Take 4 Eggs and break it open in a bowl . Then , add other shown above ingredient simultaneously  from – (b) , (c) and (d) by mixing it properly . After that keep non-stick Frying pan on a flame and place the already prepared mixture on a pan and fry it .

My Exquisite and Delicious “Noodle- curry” Dish



In Brief –

This dish is my favourite Breakfast time meal which is easy to make and require very little effort with all needed nutrients for your morning appetite.
And Preparation Time Varies from 15 to 25 Minutes.

Ingredients for preparation:


(a) TAKE 5-MINUTE “WHEAT-NOODLE”  [ I.E. VEGITABLE ]

(b) TAKE 1 ONION IN NUMBER.

(c) TAKE  PANEER CHEESE 4 TO 5 GRAMS [I.E. INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE]

(d) TAKE 2 TOMATOES IN NUMBER

(e) TAKE 2 CARROT IN NUMBER [ I.E. MEDIUM IN SIZE ]

(f)  TAKE 2 POTATOES IN NUMBER [ I.E. MEDIUM IN SIZE ]

(g) TAKE FRESH GREEN PEASE [ ½ GRAM OR ONE HAND FULL ]

(h) TAKE OLIVE-OIL.

(i) TAKE GREEN-CHILEE, 2 TO 3 IN NUMBER.

(j) TAKE SOY-SAUZE, 2 TABLE-SPOONS FULL.

(k)TAKE 2 EGGS.

(l) TAKE 1 TABLE-SPOON FULL GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE.

(m)TAKE ½ LITRE MILK.

(n) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE.

(o) CAULIFLOWER

(p) MASALA POWDER  (OPTIONAL) [ NOTE - WHICH COMES WITH 5-MINUTE NOODLE INSIDE PACKET]



Directions / Method for Combining the Ingredients:


1st Put some Olive-Oil in a Non-stick Pan then Take Onion 1 claw in Number, Green Chille 2 to 3 in Number, Paneer Cheese (that should be grated-one) of 4 Grams or more as per taste, add Tomatoes 2 of them (which should be cut into small pieces) .Stauce or fry for 5 Minute in a medium Flame until the Onion gets slight Brown in colour. Then add simultaneously 1 Table-spoon full of ginger and garlic paste along with potato which already cut into small pieces .After that Take it out from Pan and Keep it aside. [NoteIngredients from (h), (b), (i), (c), (d), (l) and (f).]



2nd Include Carrot, Fresh Green Pease, and Cauliflower separately by adding a pinch of Salt and Soya Sauce as per desired taste in a pan and Mix well with already kept aside Ingredients from 1st Method. Stauce well till it get cooked. [NoteIngredients from (e), (g), (o), (n) and (j).]

3rd At the end put 5-Minute, Wheat- Noodle along with Masala Powder , let it cook for few Minutes, until it get mixed with the added ingredient from Method 1st and 2nd.

Later Add 2 Eggs and ½ Milk as shown above from the list. [NoteIngredients from (a), (p), (k) and (m).]
